Textiles Projects
Recycling: Equipment from shredding to washing into renewed yarns and fabrics, to building insulation and enclosed wall paneling. Our network of factories have years of experience in the renewal space, developed over decades and in some instances centuries. Our goal is to help facilitate, bringing proven and successful technologies, products, equipment, training and support for these alliances of US circular manufacturing in the area of recycling, including textiles, and other types of waste such as construction and debris (C&D), organics (ORF's).
Natural materials: our focus on Hemp & Wool, currently researching with our potential partner factory using Hemp Bast fibers from a PNW processor. Textile mills tend to require larger volumes; however, the only barrier at this point is the assurance for the end market demand and finding business partners who want to co-operate! Hemp is an amazing plant, perfect for apparel as it is naturally strong, beautiful and antimicrobial.
Bio-tech textiles: we have a Bio-Graphene yarn technology, developed from Corn Stalk which is 99.9% Anti-microbial, ideal for first line and military personnel. Naturally eliminating virus and bacteria upon contact since graphene is the smallest, sharpest, hardest material known to science. We made excellent masks during the pandemic and could outfit medical personnel with reusable PPE, with added safety, comfort and an upgrade to eliminate the millions of disposables in the medical industry.
